Caroline is a Co-Founder of RPY with over 30 years of experience in payments and global acquiring from the first encrypted e-commerce transactions to the latest acquiring models. Her expertise includes FX hedging, cross-border and multi-currency processing and fraud mitigation. Caroline Co-Chairs the ETA’s Payment Facilitation Committee and is a highly regarded and sought after industry thought leader.
Rod Hometh | Partner
Rod Co-Founded RPY following a career in payments that included senior leadership roles within sales, service and business development functions in the US and Europe. He has both deep knowledge of POS and gateway functionality as well as an expansive understanding of the ecosystem and has forged strong relationships across a spectrum of key participants in the industry.
